Voluntary Contribution Scheme
As an Academy School it is our responsibility to fully fund the maintenance and enhancement of our school. We have recently installed the new outdoor provision area for EYFS and KS1 and refurbished all the classrooms. We wish to continue to improve facilities, from which all of our children benefit, as well as to ensure the upkeep of our fabulous school. For this reason we are appealing for all families to continue to help us meet the financial obligation which arises from our status as a Catholic School.
Most families contribute to the voluntary contribution scheme by monthly direct debit of £5, £10 or £15 per family. Any contribution, however big or small, will be gratefully received.
Without the commitment and regular income from the Voluntary Contribution Scheme, we will struggle to maintain and improve the facilities of our school. Contributions to the scheme with added Gift Aid Donations 'take the strain' off the school budget, allowing us to allocate funds to their intended purpose such as staffing, utilities and educational resources for our children. We therefore ask that you consider setting up a regular donation to the Voluntary Contribution Scheme fund.
The easiest way for school to manage the donations is for parents/carers to pay by regular standing order. If you prefer to pay by cheque or cash please send this into the school office in a clearly marked envelope, cheques should be made payable to 'St Joseph's School Fund'.
Gift Aid Declarations mean that school can claim back from the Government 25 pence for every £1 donated. If you pay tax and wish to donate with Gift Aid please complete the declaration form and return it to the School Office.
Please find below a Standing Order Form and Gift Aid Declaration which can be completed and returned to the school Office.
