St. Joseph's Feast Day Celebrations

Celebrating the Feast Day of St. Joseph - A Special Day of Faith and Community

This week, our school came together to celebrate the Feast Day of our patron saint, St. Joseph – a day that holds special meaning for our whole school family.

We began with a beautiful whole-school Mass, led by Father Ben and Year 6, where we reflected on St. Joseph’s example of faith, humility, service, and strength. Pupils took part in the readings, offertory, and singing with great reverence and joy, creating a truly prayerful and uplifting atmosphere.

During the Mass, we were reminded of how St. Joseph quietly guided and protected Jesus and Mary – a gentle but strong role model who reminds us that doing what is right, even when no one sees, is a true sign of love and courage.

Following the Mass, classes spent time learning more about the life of St. Joseph and reflecting on how we can follow in his footsteps by living out our school virtues: gratitude, courage, service, and humility. Some classes created beautiful artwork, wrote prayers, or completed acts of kindness in his honour.

It was a truly special day filled with prayer, reflection, and celebration. Thank you to everyone who helped make our Feast Day so meaningful. St. Joseph – pray for us!
