Clues, Kindness and Connection: The Cosy Club Quest!
Our school grounds became a trail of discovery as children followed the Cosy Club Connection Quest, led by our three Year 6 Reading Ambassadors and Wellbeing Crew.
The girls’ ideas took children to familiar places around St Joseph’s, including the prayer garden, apple tree, colourful mosaic cross and playground. At each stop, a clue revealed the next destination, while a friendship challenge encouraged children to pause, connect and make room for one another.
From discovering shared interests to practising an invitation to play, the quest brought movement and kindness together. Picture-hint cards offered extra support so more children could enjoy following the trail.
The Cosy Club offers lunchtime opportunities for reading, friendship and calm company, with sessions for KS1 and KS2, including quieter gatherings for children who would welcome a calmer space or someone to spend time with.
We are proud of our three leaders for putting their gifts into service and helping others feel that they belong. Their quest puts our school vision into action: “Let all that you do be done in love.”
The treasure at the end? A new connection, a shared smile and the joy of being included. 💜
